by purchasing from me, you are agreeing to my terms of service, which is subject to change at any time
i retain all rights for all art pieces and designs i create
i can decline any service to anyone if i feel the need to, and i will provide an explanation for why
private commissions that cannot be shared by me at any time for any reason will have a fee of 5% of the full price
do not commission if you are at financial risk, repeated requests for a refund after you receive the final product will result in blacklisting
if i am unable to continue/finish a commission, i will contact you and give you a full refund of whatever amount you paid at the time
i will give VERY specific people leeway on these terms. DO NOT ASK FOR THIS LEEWAY, i will block you
commission timeframe will be 1-4 weeks. some orders may take longer, which will be addressed
all process updates will be given (either in DMs or on a comm tracker, ex: Trello)

commercial use of my work is prohibited UNLESS IT IS A COMMERCIAL COMMISSION
no haggling, i will blacklist you
sketches changing any detail of the wip must be formatted as a list
i will only provide refunds during the sketching process, refunds afterwards are not permitted
all commission work will be paid in two portions: half upfront, and half once you receive the piece
i will accept payment through Venmo. i will ask for your exact username to request half of the amount upfront, and i will request for the remaining half after the commission is completed
payment must be sent in two parts: 1st once ordered and accepted, 2nd once the piece is done. this is to protect both you as a client and me as the artist
RUSH FEEs: 10% of the comm price
PRIVACY FEEs: 5% of the comm price
speedpaint add-on is free!!
changes to the design, pose, expression, details, etc MUT be clarified during the sketching process. i will update with each change to make sure it's what the client wants. once the lining process is approved and started, changes will not be allowed (to the base drawing)
i only accept USD payment

i accept USD, character trades, and art offers, each adopt will have my preference of payment in their toyhou.se profile
payment plans for adopts + customs are available at $150 and above
backing out of the transaction right before it will happen will result in a blacklist
holds will be provided for $50 and up. holds are only for 1-2 weeks, depending on how high the price is
gifting and trading is permitted, reselling may only happen if the character is redesigned or changed enough to pass as a new character
design changes are 100% permitted, once you receive the character, they are completely yours

i've added not one, not two, but THREE ART PORTFOLIOS!! each have their own year from 2023-2025. i hope to add any digital art i make over this period. i might tinker with the pages system since i don't think i really made it very efficient, but i'll figure it out. gahh it looks so official now!!

hi hello and happy new year!! this is a bit of a longer update, so apologies!
1 - i've added 3 NEW STORY SITES! "PERSONA", "Magick", and "The Epic Adventures Of Siblings". i wanted to add some of my existing stories just for funsies, even though im not "producing" them right now. i may or may not add more. it all depends on how im feeling.
2 - i've also updated my T.O.S. it isn't completely finished, but i feel it's much more concise than before. i do not have commission services just yet, but i might create an adopt or two.
